Mathias commence l'écriture de ses premières chansons en 2001.

 

Il décide de créer Njord en 2003 avec l'aide de sa petite amie Johanna.

Andreas, ancien membre du groupe punk Soypooh rejoint le groupe à la batterie afin d'enregistrer des morceaux pour la compilation "Party på Valhall"

 

Quelques mois plus tard Patrik, ancien bassiste de Soypooh les rejoint à la batterie et Andreas passe à la guitare.

Cela leur permet de faire leurs premiers concerts.

 

En 2004, Andreas et Patrik quittent le groupe suite à des conflits.

Plusieurs mois après Patrik décide de revenir dans Njord.

Un nouveau guitariste, Daniel, les rejoint.

 

En juillet 2008, sort leur premier album.

 

Un second album est prévu.

Mathias began writing his first songs in 2001.

 

He decided to create Njord in 2003 with the help of his girlfriend Johanna.

Andreas, former member of punk band "Soypooh" joined the band on drums to record songs for the compilation "Party på Valhall"

 

A few months later Patrik, former bassist of "Soypooh" joins them on drums and Andreas goes on guitar.

This allows them to take their first concerts.

 

In 2004, Andreas and Patrik left the group after conflicts.

Several months after Patrik decided to return to Njord.

A new guitarist, Daniel, joined them.

 

In July 2008 their first album.

 

A second album is planned
